so given these book limitations
PHB 1 & 2, DMG, TOB, the eberron books, no spell compendium (except for errata on the spells you have access to from your chosen books) and 2 other books (they must not be setting books and must be official wizard books). and my two chosen books are Heroes of Horror and Complete Divine, what would be good spells for my Archivist to take?
He is mostly focusing on spells that could feasibly help him in dungeon delving(presumably after the monsters have been cleared out) and a few combat-focused ones. 8th level.
