Swiftblade Question

Hey! I'm creating a level 10 character for a one shot. My build is Barbarian 1 Wizard 5 Swiftblade 4.

My question is about the special prerequisite:

Special: Must have spent the entire previous level using all 3rd level spell slots to exclusively cast haste.

Since I'm making a level 10 character, I do not need to worry about this, correct?

As long as your DM says that that can be in your backstory, then you're all good as far as I can see.

Just adding to what erok said, it should be good as long as you obtain Haste exactly at level 6 (wizard level 5). If for any reason you don't (say, because you specialize in something other than Transmutation and didn't also get Alacritous Cogitation), then you can't get into it.

Use this Wizard variant (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#wizard) from UA to get Dodge and Mobility as your Wizard 1 and 5 bonus feats.
