Help Finding Prc

As the title suggests, I'm looking for help finding a Prc. I want full divine spellcasting progression, or at least through 5 levels, and higher BAB is always a positive. For alignment requirements I'm looking at neutral or evil so obviously I can't be exalted. The character is currently Mystic Ranger 5 and I wanted to get 5 more levels of spellcasting to max it out. I might end up just going back with Mystic Ranger but if I can find a Prc that is better, that'd be sweet. Thanks a bunch.
