Alright, I have a few questions, many of them general, some specific

1. Is there a way to add Charisma to damage WITHOUT taking a class/race?

2. Is there a way to get a spell-like ability more than the usual number of times per day/week?

3. Change what stat effects the Save DC's of your abilties?

4. Get extra spells known/perday?

1. X stat to Y bonus (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?125732-3-x-X-stat-to-Y-bonus)

2. There's a regional feat called Magic in the Blood in Player's Guide to Faeurn which makes all of your 1/day racial spell-like abilities usable 3/day instead. Regional feats have to be taken at 1st level, you can only have one, and they all have a race/region prerequisite.

4. Ancestral Relic Runestaff (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?267805-Sorcerer-Handbook#4) for spells known, Ring of Wizardry (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/rings.htm#wizardry) for spells/day. Those are only a few of many options.

4. why ancestral relic? Rune Staff does it by itself right?

It does, but making it your ancestral relic means you get to decide exactly what spells it has, plus you can switch what spells it has every time you modify it.
