I've always loved the constant guardian and dutiful guardian feats. One thing I'm never sure of is whether or not dutiful guardian provokes an attack of opportunity. Could I get some advice on this. Is there a ruling on this?

Attacks of Opportunity occur when moving out of a threatened or, when undertaking a distracting action - partially listed here http://www.d20srd.org/srd/combat/actionsInCombat.htm or as specified under the particular entry of making that action.

As it doesn't make reference to an AoO, both the Guardian and Guardian-ee is subject to the above AoO triggers - should the Guardian-ee move out of a threatened square, they trigger an AoO anyway. The feat doesn't explicitly prevent it, making it less useful than it seems, although it can allow you to trade getting hit by a full attack for only a single.
