Dragon 347, page 54. Paraelemental Paragons, it gives stats for Paralemental Monoliths of every type, and explicitly added the Paralementals to summoning lists at the same level as standard elementals of the same size. It also, in an earlier chapter, gives more detailed information about the Princes of Elemental Evil and their servants.

nothing explicitly, best thing I can suggest is using Gate spells to call them, But a single Omnimental is around the same power level as an Elemental Monolith, so you may want to talk with your DM about creating a 9th level spell to summon an Omnimental (similar to Summon Elemental Monolith)

Thanks. Sadly I am an OE shaman so I technically do not get summon elemental monolith so I am begging the DM as is. In for a penny in fot a pound I suppose.
