Conjoined Midget/Giant: The Tiny attorney

I want to make a character based around the Tiny Attorney (http://venturefans.org/w/images/9/96/Tiny_attorney_naked.png) from Venture Bros (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1vHYw-34dY).

My plan is to make a bard with leadership that is growing out of the chest of my bruiser. I'll pump Tiny's charisma and give him vow of nonviolence, while going full ham on the Big Guy.
My question: I'm pretty sure most of the actual mechanics I will need to work out with my DM, but are there any feats that kind of feed into this overall theme?
Or any builds that would work well for a full-on orator diplomancer bard that has major physical stat negatives.

In case it helps, you can build a conjoined twin mechanically in Pathfinder using an Alchemist and the Parasitic Twin (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/alchemist/discoveries/paizo---alchemist-discoveries/parasitic-twin-ex) discovery. From there, making the little guy be the brains of the operation is just a matter of fluff.

As far as building a diplomancer there should be a number of guides out there for that already.
