Ok, so my DM is running the Rune Lords Module for our upcoming group. And we were chatting about party balance and as I am one of the most senior players we decided that I should switch from magus to something that better fits the party balance needs.

And when I mentioned Barbarian he isntantly thought of the feat, "Thunder and Fang" (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/thunder-and-fang-combat) and this is the build we came up with

Lookin for feedback/thoughts

My Dm is letting me trade Trap sense and a Rage power for free two weapon fighting bonus feat at level 3. Because he likes specialist characters more then generalists.

For feats Im looking at:

Extra Rage/Weapon Focus (Earth breaker) (lvl1/Human Bonus)
L3: Weapon Focus (Klar)
L5: Thunder and Fang

Im obviously going to want to pick up Power attack and some of the 2 weapon fighting feats to maximize usage with this set up, buuuut what do ya think?

I certainly don't consider myself an expert, but Thunder and Fang looks like a waste of feats to me. If I was going to make a TWF Barbarian, I'd forget about strength and focus on dexterity, getting agile weapons as soon as possible and taking the Urban Barbarian archetype. Most of what it loses cancels itself out - they lose medium armour proficiency, but also don't take a -2 penalty to AC while raging, and lose fast movement, but get the speed back by wearing light armour - and it lets you get a bonus to dexterity while raging.

It certainly does conjure a very cool mental image. On a barbarian, the drop to strength to have sufficient dex for TWF shouldn't be as hurtful as on another class, and I'd plan for only getting the bare minimum dexterity for Improved TWF (I wouldn't bother with Greater TWF, honestly) at 7. So start with a 14 in dex, put your 4th level point into it and get a +2 belt, and put everything else into Str and Con. From there, your comparatively high strength score makes Double slice and and Two Weapon Rend at 11. are good selections.

Personally, I wouldn't bother with Extra Rage, you get plenty rage anyway. I'd pick up your two WF feats at 1 and pick up Double Slice at 3.

Short answer: It can work, but it is not very efficient.

Advantages to EarthBreaker + Klar:
Base damage of Main-hand is HUGE compared to most options.
Still retain Shield Bonus to AC when attacking with Shield.

Disadvantages:
Unable to take advantage of most common "use two of the same weapon" type stuff (i.e. "Weapon Focus Kukri" with 2 Kukris is much more efficient than two different weapons).
You need to Enchant THREE different items to get the most use. Earthbreaker, Klar-Shield, Klar-Armor-Spikes.

There are alternative options to some of the above that may work better. Such as 6 Levels of Ranger with the Shield Combat Style, taking Shield Master (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/shield-master-combat---final) at 6. It removes TWF Penalties from Shield attacks AND lets you use the "Defensive" enhancement bonus as an Offensive bonus as well, saving $$

Thunder and Fang is pretty solid. You get to TWF while keeping your shield bonus to AC, which is nice, and the earthbreaker makes for a pretty impressive 1 handed weapon. I normally go Fighter for T&F, but if your GM is letting you trade out abilities you don't want for the needed feats it seems like you're gtg.
