lolth from Q1

So, for pathfinder I have finally got to converting lolth from the Q1 module. How would you do it? I was thinking 20 HD outsider with built in 16 level cleric casting, 15th level sorcerer casting, alternate form (drow female and spider form), and poison and web in spider form. Any thoughts?

Didn't she get upgraded into a deity ?
Q1 was early 1E so you would need to bump her quite a bit — we've had several rounds of PC power inflation since then.
