Just some ideas I had, inspired by a few other threads today.

Weapon Mastery
You have mastered your chosen weapons to a degree that makes what seem to others to be "fancy tricks" as easy as simpler forms to you.
Prerequisites: Weapon Focus
Benefit: For any weapon in which you have Weapon Focus, you may reduce penalties on attack rolls with that weapon by 1 (to a minimum of 0). For each feat specific to a weapon in which you have Weapon Focus, you may reduce those penalties by a further 1 (again to a minimum penalty of 0). This includes such things as penalties from adverse spells, from fighting with two (or more) hands, from using a secondary attack, or from iterative attacks.
Special: A fighter may take this as a bonus feat.

example: For example, a character with a BAB of +6, Weapon Focus (Shortsword), Weapon Specialization (Shortsword), and Two-Weapon Fighting would normally have a penalty of -2 on his first two attacks and -7 on his third attack. With this feat, he would have no penalty on his first two when dual-wielding shortswords (since he has Weapon Focus and Weapon Specialization), and -5 on his second. If he chose not to two-weapon fight, he'd have no penalty on his first attack and his iterative attack would be at -3 (rather than -5).

Extra Weapon Attack
Your expertise with your weapon of choice enables you to make more telling blows than normal.
Prerequisite: Weapon Specialization
Benefit: In any action in which you make at least one attack, you may make an additional attack with a weapon in which you have Weapon Specialization. This attack is made with an attack bonus 5 lower than your last attack in that action.
Special: A fighter may take this feat as a bonus feat.

Remarks: This gives you an effective "iterative" attack on a charge or a standard-action attack, and gives you a "bonus" iterative attack on a full attack. It does not do anything on an Attack of Opportunity. It helps you get a little more oomph out of Weapon Specialization, which gives bonus damage per hit. It is a bit weak in that a further -5 to hit is unlikely to hit...but if you have Weapon Mastery, that helps the penalties a bit.

Improved Iterative Attack
You waste no opportunities to strike your foes in battle.
Prerequisite: Base Attack Bonus +6
Benefit: You only subtract 4 from your iterative attack rolls (so your first iterative attack is at -4, your second is at -8, etc.). If you have Improved Two Weapon Fighting or Greater Two Weapon Fighting or similar feats or abilities which match additional attacks to your iterative attacks, the adjustment to those penalties to your attack bonus are likewise altered. Extra Weapon Attack's bonus attack is also made at only a -4 penalty.
Normal: Iterative attacks are each made with an attack bonus 5 lower than the previous one.
Special: You may take this feat up to three times, reducing the attack bonus reduction to 3, then 2, each time. Fighters may take this feat as a bonus feat.

Remarks: This makes those later iteratives more likely to hit. It also stacks impressively with Weapon Mastery.

Firm Hand on the Steed
Your control of your mount is impressive.
Prerequisite: Mounted Combat
Benefit: Once per round, you may substitute a Ride check for a saving throw your mount is required to make. You may also use Strength, instead of Dexterity, to determine your bonus on Ride checks.
Normal: Your mount makes its own saving throws, and Dexterity is the ability used to calculate Ride check bonuses.
Special: Fighters may take this feat as a bonus feat.

Resilient Steed
Your steed does not fall easily while you ride.
Prerequisite: 1 rank in Ride
Benefit: The first time you make a Ride check in each round, your mount gains a number of temporary hit points equal to the value of the check. These temporary hit points last until the end of the round. If your mount would take damage before you make a ride check in a given round, you may make a ride check to grant it temporary hit points before it takes damage.
Special: Fighters may take this feat as a bonus feat.

Steeplechase
You can ride a steed to impressive heights.
Prerequisite: 5 ranks in Ride, 5 ranks in Jump
Benefit: When mounted, you may substitute your ranks in Jump or Ride for the mount's when calculating your mount's jump check.
Special: Fighters may take this feat as a bonus feat.

Leap From the Saddle
You can jump off of your mount, gaining impressive height and distance.
Prerequisite: 8 ranks in Ride, 8 ranks in Jump
Benefit: You may make a jump check using your mount's speed to determine your bonus. You land safely, and may choose to land back on your mount or on the ground.
Special: If you also have the Steeplechase feat, you may make your own jump check from any point in your mount's jump, adding distances and heights to determine how far you actually travel. Fighters may take this feat as a bonus feat.
