So in the "Video Game Characters as 3.5 Characters" thread somebody suggested Mewtwo and it got completely overlooked it seems, the OP said they would add them but alas they did not. So i was generally curious without homebrew what is the closest thing to Mewtwo that people could make so i was wondering what other people here in the playground thought?
