In CW there is a feat called dash. Allows you to move 5 feet faster. Can it be taken multiple times?

Not unless it says it can. That's the rule for feats.

Grab Martial Study (Sudden Leap). Now move a good portion of that in a swift action.

you also get a astronomical bonus to your jump check, im relatively sure that you could jump to space with this much movespeed

Yes, you can take Dash multiple times; you just don't want to.
If a character has the same feat more than once, its benefits do not stack unless indicated otherwise in the description.

In general, having a feat twice is the same as having it once.

My god. I completely cheated making Gen13 Sib1 Fighterson! I took feats that weren't Quick Draw!

No, Fighterson spent the first 5 posts drooling at Sarth's character, and is now trying to get Sarth and Jorm's characters to choose who goes first to extend the Fighterson line.
