Ways to use Concentration as a Fortitude save?

Basically, is there a more permanent way to have the effects of the Mind Over Body maneuver or the Headband of Conscious Effort? And more concrete than just reverse-engineering the Headband's 1/day limitation into being at-will. I would love some way to combine the Kensai's Withstand and the Serene Guardian's Unclouded Mind with an equivalent ability for Fort saves, grab Mettle and Evasion, and basically be immune to saves by pumping up Concentration (or Perform with Undersong).

Other than Wedded to History (Survivor) from Dragon #354 which lets you use Will saves in place of any other save (with a cumulative -1 penalty to will saves for the day for each time you use it for a save that wasn't supposed to be will) I can only think of just being a Warblade and refreshing your manuevers once per turn. It would result in only one replaced fort save per round though.
