[PF] River Flooding City, Need Monsters

Hi, everyone,

I have a level 3 party in a city that is gradually flooding and I need some evil monsters to swim in and harass the heroes. The gist is there is an evil monster drawing all evil to the city and I was wondering if there are some river-based monsters that could come in and fight them.

Well Troglodytes are classic as are Sauaghin both in MM 1 you could take the Monstrous Crab from Stormwrack (NOT That Damn Crab) a Large Crocodile would be a fun boss fight, maybe make it fiendish? Black Dragons are aquatic, though a party level of 3 doesnt really let you run a really scary dragon, though if your party is fairly decent you could send a CR 5 Black Dragon at them.

River Drakes (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/dragons/drakes/drake-river) can be used as a more 'exotic' monster enounter and is on the dot for CR=APL.

Chuuls (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/aberrations/chuul)are fun, but maybe a little high level for now (this is up to your judgement, depends on party's optimisation), and Wyrmling through Young Black Dragons (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/dragons/dragon/chromatic-black) Will be more or less in range for the next few levels.
