Adding bigger numbers does little to change the failing of fighters in 3.5. Yes, they are now skill monkeys who rarely fail a save, but they still can't fight a wizard on a demiplane who asteral projects to fight them while flying and invisible.

It wouldn't let the person dominate a well-played high end caster in a theoretical setting, but yes, it would be broken. While in a white room the caster is better, in a campaign's context, the bonuses on skills alone combined with an archery feat set to take advantage of your massive numbers, you've got yourself an absurdly strong problem solving force.
