Feats that rely on expending psionic focus

Ok so my player wants to know if you expend psionic focus does it activate every feat dependent on it or just one? I really could not find anywhere it specified.

Just one. Unless you have the Psicrystal Containment feat you can only expend your focus once per power used, therefore you can only use one metapsionic feat at a time.

Yes, its kinda sucks.

Ok so basically any feat that needs to expend focus requires its on expenditure, instead of activating when it is expended.
