Jump Attack (Urgent)

Never really had this skill used before until now, so my player needs to know, can you jump and attack?

Jump is a substitute for a move action. If he could still attack after making the same movement as foot movement, he can attack.

Technically speaking it's part of a move action, not a substitute for one. You can jump a tiny distance and keep moving.

Yes. Jumping doesn't actually use an action, it's merely something you do while moving. In addition, with the Leap Attack feat, it specifically states that you can jump while charging, and gives you the minimum jump figures to be able to gain the doubled Power Attack.

And on the doubled Power Attack, it should merely be +100% damage, as +%'s add together more cleanly.
