How's the Balance in Pathfinder?

Title really says it all. Do casters still auto win, are muggles still "move and attack"?

Mostly, yes. I think the caster-martial gap is slightly smaller compared to 3.5, though many here can make a good argument to the contrary. Regardless, Caster Supremacy is still a thing.

Slightly better than 3.5, but all the things that you mentioned still apply. Also, the Rogue is more or less pointless.. It was buffed, but lost its enforced niche and now anyone can learn its skillset. Sneak attack is improved but not enough to carry the class.
