Bardlock sniper build

Hi everyone, I've lurked quite a bit on the boards but this is my first post. I wanted to post A build idea I had for my encounters group. The idea is a long range versatile utility caster that can still do respectable dps (think Hawkeye).

I'm really not too familiar with warlocks so my magic at the bottom is probably wrong but I'd really like to get some feedback from people who really know the nuts and bolts of things (I've only played 4e tbh so I know it's really different)
