need with build please

i need some advice on making a parkour thrower switchhitter. ive looked at swithitter builds free runner and throwing designs 3.5 i was going finesse so could use my dex as main stat. i wad just wanting some help with skills and class features. any help would be awesome thanks

Scout 4 / Urban Ranger 16 with swifthunter. or go with some throwing psigishy goodness off the back of a Psion (Nomad) and obiligtory Factotum plug.

for skills Jump, Tumble, and Climb are gonna be your bread and butter with maybe some skill tricks from Complete Scoundrel.
