I just started playing a War Weaver (http://dndtools.eu/classes/war-weaver/) in a campaign (currently Diviner 5/War Weaver 2) after DMing briefly. I'm wondering about the effect of metamagic feats on the spells that can be cast through my tapestry. For example: can I cast a Persistent Fly or an Extended Indomitability, without metamagic reducers, through my tapestry? My intuition is telling me yes, since metamagic does not technically increase the spell level (only the level spell of spell slot used), but I'd like some feedback to be more sure.

I'd also like opinions on whether or not Sanctum Spell (http://dndtools.eu/feats/complete-arcane--55/sanctum-spell--2507/) allows 6th level spells to be cast through my tapestry outside of my sanctum. Again, I think the answer is yes, even if it is a little cheesy. Note that I intentionally did not use the Sanctum Spell trick to qualify early for War Weaver early since my party is not a high OP party (but not low OP either), and since that trick is a bit sketchy anyway, despite what the sage rulings and such say.

With the metamagic I would lean towards no, but it is fairly easy to get 10th level spells in your tapestry anyway (Legacy Champion) so it isn't that harmful IMO.

Sanctum Spell looks like it works, and if so is an awesome trick. Again I think it might be better to just get higher level spells into your tapestry, but 1 feat/several levels is up to the player.

Actually Wizard 5/War Weaver 5/Legacy Champion 5/Abjurant Champion 5 gets CL 18, the ability to share Greater Luminous Armor that boosts AC by 13 which is auto-extended, and some 9ths like Foresight. Abjurant Champion could be swapped for something else though.
Wizard/war weaver5/legacy champion 5/ spell guard of Silvery moon. Share 9th level buffs at will. Need to be in Faerun though.
Oh man, sharing out Investiture of the Hellfire Engine or Open Greater Chakra would be awesome.

By RAW, I don't see any reason metamagic adjustment would be included when determining whether a spell can be cast through your tapestry. According to the SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm):
Spells modified by a metamagic feat use a spell slot higher than normal. This does not change the level of the spell, so the DC for saving throws against it does not go up.
Pretty clear; metamagic'd spells are their original level, not a higher level, for purposes other than the slot they're prepared in.

Changing this would be a pretty reasonable house rule though; War Weaver is already plenty good without cheesing Persisted spells through it.
