The need for feat!

How many can we pack into one build?

Human with 2 flaws and 2 levels of fighter and 2 levels of Psychic Warrior is 9 flaws (1 for level 1, 1 for level 3)

Without going fighter 18, how many more feats can we get? Ranger 1 and Monk 1 has limited choice bonus feats if we want to go that way.

Lets leave out the psychic stealing feats from others power cheese (I'm so punny).

EDIT: Perhaps I wasn't quite clear, I am looking for, no matter how narrow the choice, still having a choice between at least a few options for feats. So Weapon Prof. Longbow for elf doesn't count, while a Ranger's 2 fighting style feats, do Embrace the Dark Chaos Shuffle is cheese I am not yet used to.

EDIT#2: Elf (4 feats)
2 levels of Fighter (2 bonus feats, do starting proficiencies count?)
2 levels of Psy War (2 bonus feats)
1 level of Hospitaler (1 bonus feat, credit: Extra Anchovies)

Um I think Elf is better than human for number of feats (+4 v. the +1)
then WBL can allow a laaaarge number of feats via locations (sick, don't feel like mathing)
Exoticist Fighter 1 (5 feats)
Feat Rogue rather than fighter...

Feat Rogue, yeah. Two levels of monk gets you three more: Improved Unarmed Strike, and the 1st and 2nd level monk bonus feats. Three levels of Ranger gets you Track, the first combat style feat, and Endurance. 1 level of Wizard gets you Scribe Scroll, and having a familiar halfway counts (nets you the equivalent of Obtain Familiar, after all).

Two questions: How do elves get four feats, and from what book(s)? And what is WBL?

You can use the Dark Chaos Shuffle to turn those feats into other feats.

By using Embrace the Dark Chaos and Shun the Dark Chaos, you can turn your Elven Weapon Proficiency feats into other feats of your choice.

EDIT: Ninja'd

Hospitaler (Complete Divine) grants a bonus feat at 1st level.
One level of cleric with the War domain gets Martial Weapon Proficiency and Weapon Focus with their deity's favored weapon.
Ordained Champion (Complete Champion) grants at first level the option to swap out one or two domain granted powers to gain one or two fighter bonus feats. Only spellcasting requirement is magic weapon with deity's favored weapon; thus, a one-level dip into Cloistered Cleric for Hextor or Heironeous (only patrons allowed for Ordained Champion) with War, Knowledge and some third domain, followed by one level of Ordained Champion, nets four feats in two levels. Another level of Ordained Champion grants Diehard as a bonus feat.
One level of the Stalwart Sorcerer variant (Complete Mage) grants MWP and Weapon Focus for the weapon of your choice.
Master Specialist (Complete Mage) grants Skill Focus (Spellcraft) at 1st level.
One level of Tattooed Monk (Complete Warrior) with the Pine tattoo nets the Remain Conscious feat, but this might just be a mislabeled Diehard.
Reaping Mauler (Complete Warrior) grants Improved Grapple and Mobility at 1st level.
Hulking Hurler (Complete Warrior) gives Throw Anything and Snatch Arrows at 1st level. Requires Large or larger size.
Exotic Weapon Master (Complete Warrior) grants abilities that can emulate up to three feats: Close-Quarters Ranged Combat is a weapon-specific version of an epic feat that lets you make ranged attacks in melee, Flurry of Strikes is kinda like Snap Kick but for spiked chains or double weapons, and Ranged Disarm basically copies, well, Ranged Disarm.
Dread Pirate (Complete Adventurer) grants TWF at 1st level.
Samurai (Complete Warrior) grants EWP (Bastard Sword) at 1st. TWF at second, but only with bastard and short swords; we already get it from Dread Pirate.
Swashbuckler (Complete Warrior) grants Weapon Finesse at 1st.
Wu Jen (Complete Mage) grants a bonus feat at 1st.

That's all I could find from the Complete series that grants bonus feats at a rate higher than 1 per 2 levels that don't have racial requirements (trading a class-granted feat for the human bonus feat=no net gain).

Warning: using the Dark Chaos Shuffle on Elven Weapon Proficiencies is sometimes considered very cheesy. Ask the DM if they'll allow it.
