Constructing a Warforged Titan?

I have tried to find details on this, and there are non in the ECS book... Anyone know if these can be constructed?

I believe they require the same kind of creation forge used to create normal warforged, because they have an intelligence of 3 without including a bound elemental. They are also described in books such as The Forge of War as being precursors to the normal warforged, and as being constructed using the same techniques.
