If you mean Mysterious Stranger: Nope. Both replace gun training I and both replace the bleeding wound deed.

I don't know any wandering strangers. :smalltongue:

Technically, no, but I've gotten it approved where you don't get Stranger's Fortune and you choose Twin Shot Knockdown of Clipping Shot
