Is Quiver of Plenty from Dragon Compendium worth it?

I've been saving up for one for my mystic ranger for almost the entirety of the campaign I'm in, and I'm beginning to get cold feet. Is it really worth the money for infinite wooden, iron, cold iron and silver arrows and 5/day adamantine arrows? Or should my 18,000 Gold go to something else?

This depends highly on whether or not your DM makes you actually keep track of ammunition. :smallbiggrin:

Nope a quiver of ehlonna (DMG) plus probably all the special ammunition you could ever want is around 4,000-5,000 gp. And it's more customizable: I'd throw in some bane arrows too. As you get more money, a staff.
