and trying to figure it out.

The concept is an amulet or something that has 3 spells on it.

Delay Death
Sadism
Masochism

8th level caster

What can I expect price-wise?

Uh... I'd say that a limited charged magic item that can cast 50 uses of each spell would cost, 20,225gp.
I dunno, I'm rather new to this area of pricing. Whatever that is.

Well, it depends. Are you asking for those three effects to be continuous? If yes, then you're looking at Craft Wondrous Item. Delay Death is a 3rd level Cleric spell, so we'll assume that a Cleric is creating it.

The price for a single spell continuous spell effect is Spell level × caster level × 2,000 gp, and make note of "Continuous item has an effect based on a spell with a duration measured in rounds, multiply the cost by 4. If the duration of the spell is 1 minute/level, multiply the cost by 2, and if the duration is 10 minutes/level, multiply the cost by 1.5. If the spell has a 24-hour duration or greater, divide the cost in half."

So we're looking at [(3x8x2000)x4]x3. 576,000gp. Higher, actually, due to multiple different abilities on the same item increasing the lower item's cost by 50%. Thus, for three effects together, it would end in the ballpark of 800,000gp, unless my math is wrong. Which is completely plausible.

I recommend making three command word based items to significantly reduce the price, possibly even making it charges per day.

Nothing like commissioning an item that will take nearly three years to make...

This would actually be crafted by a warforged artificer with plenty of time on it's hands.

3/day uses is perfectly fine.

Sir Chuckles gets the rules right, but I have a couple refinements. Assume artificer instead to take advantage of the fact that it can get Delay Death from the Destiny domain (in SC it was changed to Cleric 4) and Sadism/Masochism as 2nd level spells from Wizard. So it'd be 3*5*2000*4+2(2*3*2000*4*1.5)=264,000 GP. Three separate items would be 3*5*2000*4+2(2*3*2000*4)=216,000

Edit
I actually wouldn't make it 3/day. DD would last 5 rounds and S&M each 3 rounds, and each would take a standard action to activate. At best you'd get two rounds with all of them up. However, if you did go this route, it'd be 3*5*1800*4*0.6+2(2*3*1800*4*1.5*0.6)=142,560 GP or 3*5*1800*4*0.6+2(2*3*1800*4*0.6)=116,640 for three items.

You might get away with saying the abilities are related and so combine them into a single item without increasing the cost.

Continuous item of delay death?
It looks broken to me

Agreed, that's why I'm aiming at 3/day, lol

Ah, there is a rule that an item more expansive than 200k are ten times more expensive(it makes over 2 millon gold) because it is an epic item.

You're partially correct. That rule does exist, but it does not apply to the singular item, it applies to a singular effect, and there are a multitude of things that make an item qualify as epic. Since no single effect on the amulet would be over 200k, it is not an epic magic item.

Also partially correct! Although it does not incur the Epic price multiplier (because, as you noted, none of its individual properties are epic), a market value greater than 200k is still an Epic item and requires the appropriate Epic crafting feat to produce. Look at the universal Greater Energy Resistance ring for an example of this in the premade items.
