Is there any way in Pathfinder that I can get a third arm? Without using Alchemist. Or any races with the extra arms. Really I would like to use a spell or craft an extra arm. IS there anything in Pathfinder for this?

If Race-Builder type stuff is an option, you can always "build your own race". Extra Arms are expensive at 4 RP each though.
Baring that, there's a premade 'offical' build your own, Kasatha (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/more-races/advanced-races-11-20-rp/kasatha-20-rp)

10 level of Summoner lets you 'borrow' 2 Evo points from your Eidolon. Spend them on Limbs(Arms).

Synthesist Summoners can grow extra arms starting at level 1, but the stat-reset can be annoying, and the fact you lose your base Arms, so you might have to buy Limbs twice.
If 3rd Party is an option then the Aegis (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/classes/aegis) is a less-weird Synthesist, and can grow you an extra arm or two as well.

What do you want it for? If it's just to hold something, or have a free hand while your other hands are holding something, a prehensile tail works just as well.
