Okay, I want to use the D&D 4th Ed. Tiefling race for Melee powers such as Fighter, Rogue and Paladin, and wondered if there was a way to add the bonuses for Hellfire Blood to melee powers. For example:
A Tiefling Ranger (two-Weapon style) with two Flaming Weapons (Longswords) and the Hellfire Blood Feat, along with a Strength Mod of +5 and a Level of 4 would normally only add +10 to their attack roll (+3 Proficiency for Longswords). If he uses Flaming Longswords and activates the fire ability of the swords, could he add the extra +1 attack bonus for Hellfire Blood for an attack bonus of +11?
If the answer is no, are there other ways to accomplish this?
Thanks in advance.
