Why is the 3.5 RAW Q&A thread no longer stickied?

The Simple Raw Thread for 3.5 #28 (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?367727-Simple-Raw-Thread-for-3-5-28) is clearly a continuation of an older stickied thread, but is not stickied for some reason. It's sister thread, Simple Q&A for Pathfinder 3 (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?348896-Simple-Q-amp-A-for-Pathfinder-3-Find-With-a-Vengeance), is still stickied. Is there a reason for this discrepancy?
