I know that there are probably some fixes floating around, either here or on the vast internet. My question is this; Of these fixes, which one(s) are the best so far?

Fixes, homebrew rules, for the Arcanist and/or the magic system for the class in the Iron Heroes.

Yes you are that vague. Many of us do not have Iron Heroes, and among those who do there may not be concesus about whether or not the class is flawed or in need of fixing.

So I ask you: What do you find flawed about the class?

Knowing that we may be able to point you towards more useful resources.
