Character Design Assistance

Hello.

I was wondering if some people could assist me with bringing a concept to fruition. The goal is to make an incorporeal/ethereal creature based around coup de grâce (character figure and concept derived from http://www.axiomfiles.com/Files/338851/ethereal.jpg and http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20060731190450/wowwiki/images/7/7c/Ethereal.jpg)

The coup de grâce idea doesn't necessarily require the mechanic of coup de grâce, just the assassinating another from a different plane of existence

No PF or Homebrew, please

A Binder with access to Chupoclops (a 6th level vestige, so effective Binder level of 12th . . . possible at character level 10 with Improved Binding) can access the Ethereal Plane at-will. You go back to the Material after you take a move, standard, or full-round action . . . so you just take 5 ft steps (which aren't actions, or at least aren't move/standard/full-round actions) to sneak up on your target. Slow, but effective. You could toss on levels in the actual Assassin class to get Death Attack, but Death Attack is unreliable and not very good. Still, Chupoclops is one of the best ways of being ethereal.
