Is there anything out there that lets you use Aid Another as a move action or a swift action? I was inspired by looking at the Pile On function of the Clarion Commander feat, but honestly, even without turning it into a free swing, getting Aid Another down below a standard action would be a pretty nifty trick. What options, if any, are out there? Any items, any feats, anything?

The Paladin ACF for the Vigilant Eye of Helm, per Champions of Valor, lets you do this - but only for increasing AC.

Vigilant Aid (Su): Starting at 3rd level, when a Vigilant Eye uses the aid another special attack in melee combat to give an ally a bonus to his AC, she only has to spend a move action rather than a standard action. She can use more than one aid another special attack in a single round, but no ally can be aided more than once per round in this fashion.

This benefit replaces the standard paladin's divine health class feature.

The Hindering Opportunist feat from PHB2 lets you trade an attack of opportunity for an aid another action, so that could be used for Pile On. The follow-up feat, Stalwart Defense, lets you do this when an enemy you threaten in melee targets an ally.

Hustle linked to Synchronicity?

It's blocked at work, so I can't verify, but I'm pretty sure this Pathfinder Psionic power (http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&frm=1&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCAQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.d20pfsrd.com%2Fpsionics-unleashed%2Fpsionic-powers%2Fb%2Fbattlesense&ei=qpz7U8DyK8XmsASyh4D4Bg&usg=AFQjCNHkybOtVnNSWHpkXcoU7sSQl-Ny-Q&sig2=FkVbU6rZ7TobVkGvGAOVZg&bvm=bv.73612305,d.cWc) drops it a swift action for everyone under its effects.

Even better; Battlesense allows each affected creature to take an Aid Another action as Immediate action.
