I found the Complete Cost Reduction Hand book. In it I found Magical Artisan and Exceptional Artisan. The handbook says that applying Magical Artisan to Exceptional Artisan would decrease the time. Exceptional Artisan decreases the time by 25%. I want to make an item with a base price of 48,000. That would be 48 days. 48x25%= 36. Magical Artisan in theory would decrease it another 75%. I don't know if this would replace the 25% or be decreased it after the 25% is already applied, I'm thinking it would replace it. So that would be 48x75%=12. The problem I see is that Magical Artisan say "Each time you take this feat, choose one item creation feat you know. When determining your cost in XP and raw materials for creating items with this feat, multiply the base price by 75%." It says nothing about time. Can someone explain Bastian's (the author of the guide) logic?
