As per page 164, multiple sources of unarmored defense do not stack.

Unarmored defense does not stack with itself.

Specifically:


If you already have the Unarmored Defense feature, you can't gain it again from another class.

So you get to only have the one you started with even.

Further, there's nothing to stack. Neither ability says "add this stat to your existing AC"; both simply give you a new equation you can use to calculate your AC. There's no mechanism for adding one equation to the other equation.
