So, let's take a regular old sword. Boring, yes? You hit someone until their HP drop to -10 and then they die.

What about a spell? You cast it on someone, they fail the save, they get debuffed or something. Even more boring.

But what if you can stack a couple of these together? Dual threats are for squares, let's aim at as many different types of threats as we can get!

Here's my try at building a list (one character won't be able to get all of these going at the same time, but we can try for as many as possible):
+1 ki focus aptitude heavy mace (HP damage)
+power-storing (+1) (manifest a power stored within as a swift action)
+spell-storing (+1) (cast a spell stored within as a free action)
+wounding (+2) (1 CON damage)
+poisoned with something nasty

+Arcane Channeling (cast a touch spell and deliver it during the attack)
+Crippling Strike (2 STR damage)
+Mind Cripple (2 INT damage)
+Quivering Palm (Save or die)

+Knock-down (tripped)
+Knockback (bull rushed)
+Three Mountains (nauseated)
+Boomerang Daze or Killoren Destroyer (dazed)
+Stunning Fist (stunned)
