let's say that Tom(interpreter) said "Jim said he maked the castle"
dose sense motive cheak can let listener know:
1. Dose Jim really said that word?
2. Did Jim said truth or not?
Is it means anyone can bypass sense motive by use spokesmans?

If the other person can see and hear Jim, I would let them make a Sense Motive check against his tone of voice and body language, probably at a -2 or -4 penalty. If they can't, it depends on whether the interpreter knows that it's a lie.

It depends on what the person speaking believes.

If they believe they're telling the truth, then Sense Motive (and even Discern Lies) wouldn't tell otherwise. If they think they're lying, Sense Motive lets you try to tell.

Ah, the old "I'll never tell you where the treasure is" gag.
