Prestige Bard requirements

Special: Ability to cast at least one 1st-level arcane spell from each of the divination, enchantment, and illusion schools.
I've been wondering about this. Does this mean you need three spell slots, or do you just need the ability to cast from those 3 schools?

Technically you dont even need them on your spell slots, just the ability to cast them.

It is exactly as it is writen,you just need the ability to cast them.
