Questions regarding creating zombies

I am gming a game and have a thriving necromancer in the group. He just raised a Giant black widow (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/vermin/spider/giant-black-widow-spider) , and they way it reads to zombify (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/zombie) something they get slam attacks. added to there already natural attack repertoire. So on a full attack does he get to do all natural attacks and his 2 slams? I say 2 slams cause he made fast zombies.

Yes, a full attack includes all natural attacks*, which is in this case 2 slams and a bite. (*Unless a limb is used for a weapon, although that isn't relevant here).
