well there is Find the Path spell there.. but why we have to find path to somewhere when we can just teleport to there?

Teleport requires familiarity and is a wizard/sorcerer spell. FtP doesn't require familiarity and is a bard/cleric/druid spell.

Also, some DMs limit or ban teleport alltogether.

well, this is pathfinder and we suppose to find and report the paths

Well, yes, exactly. Teleport skips the path, it doesn't find it.

Generally in those I think the Pathfinders find the path for you and then you take it.
