Ok so a few of the idea I had running through my head are as follows.

Slow Fall stays the same, But gain the ability to spend 1 Ki point to reduce the damage taken from a fall by half. 2 points reduces the damage to 0.

Move Adundant Step to lvl 8 and make it a Swift action to activate and costs 2 points of Ki

Wholesome Body Adds the Monk's wisdom modifier to the monks level when restoring life points.

Flurry of Blows is ok but with the change of "A monk applies his full Strength or Dexterity (Whichever is highest) bonus to his damage rolls for all successful attacks made with flurry of blows, whether the attacks are made with an off-hand or with a weapon wielded in both hands.

Insight Bonuses adds Wis bonus to attack and damage rolls made with an unarmed attack or monk special weapon.

Monks can wear armor, but restricted by weight of no more then 15 lbs of Light Armor and apply.

Change Ki points to Monk Level +Wis modifier

Add Qinggong Ki Powers. Use a 1 Ki point to trade out Slow fall for one of the abilities (Most of which have Ki costs) at 6th level it costs 2 Ki points to use them and so forth.
