I've seen quite a few posts regarding the Prestige Class, however most don't have the restriction to Core/Advanced/UC/UM that I have.

As of now, I have a 4 Pal/1 Monk Human with stats 10/15/10/7/16/18 (after level 4 bonus and Human bonus)

Feats:
Channel Smite(For eventual Guided Hand use)
Combat Reflexes
Dodge(Monk Bonus Feat)
Mobility
Radiant Charge

Traits:
Birthmark (More or so an RP choice + Yay saves)
Reactionary

Weapon:
+2 Sansetsukon

As of now I feel like the character just isn't looking like it'll have much viability besides having extremely easy times with any saves. Perhaps it gets better the farther I progress, as I plan on going 3 monk and then following the CoI path to 10.

I'd accept any help, as the character is only at 5 atm, so I have plenty of time to make changes to the future of the character. Remember, only Core/Adv/UC/UM. And thank you all very much!

Try this (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1bu5RkMqNkZbHpHRF9RX09ZWE0/edit).
Probably the guy that messed with them the most on pazio.

If you don't want to mess around with the PRC, or want to start as one from level 1, you can use the Sacred Fist Warpriest Archetype (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/warpriest/archetypes/paizo---warpriest-archetypes/sacred-fist), which is basically an unarmed war priest.

On that note, there is also the Irori-based Paladin (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/paladin/archetypes/paizo---paladin-archetypes/enlightened-paladin-paladin-archetype) Archetype.
It's pretty solid as far as Monk-replacements go. Everything runs off of CHA so you are free to dump WIS. And you still get Divine Grace and Lay on Hands.
Smite Evil is replaced with a weaker "Smite ANY-thing".

CoI is the most MAD class in the entire game. Int is its dump stat and it gets a few class features based off int / having a bunch of skills, so that's a good indication of how MAD it is. If you want to play one, pick a game that allows at least a 25 point buy and the Guided weapon enhancement (which is on d20pfsrd, but was written for 3E technically). Blowing 2 feats and either dipping cleric or waiting till Paladin 4 just for Wis to attack but not damage is not good enough.

If all of that is true...dump str and have high Wis, followed by Cha/Dex/Con and then Int....yeah, you're still MAD, but it's not crazy now. Crane Wing got nerfed to useless, so ignore that style tree now. Do get Snake Fang if going Master of Many Styles and can skip the horrible middle feat. 2nd style is largely your call; dragon, tiger (again, only if you're skipping the middle feat), or monkey might be the best. Panther is good if your DM always plays his NPCs like morons that never learn or adapt to anything, but most don't so I ignore it.

The mid level ability of CoI to auto-crit is probably its best feature next to the infinite ki/lay on hands trick, and doesn't require the attack to be unarmed. So carry a x4 crit weapon with guided property on it to use solely for that.

I love that aretype, don't know why really, but it is #1 for me and I normally play wizards if I dont GM 90% of the time, but it is not very like the Champion of Irori. The guild I linked to will help, champion of Iroris strength is smiting 13+ times a day at mid levels and its against chaos OR evil, they can smite the heck out of both. They are a cannon in most campaigns, able to devastate most BBEG's with a flurry. They are a niche build in a lot of ways tho, against anything not chaotic or evil they are a mess. The new pummel feats help this tho. For Wrath of the Righteous they are a 1 man wrecking team. The champion ability to up iteratives to highest attack, his flurry would like +17/+17/+17/+17/+17/+17/+17 base, before haste or ki. Making it easy to have 8 or 9 attacks all at +40ish to hit or more, been a while since I crunched mythics silliness.

YMMV
