Not the entire spell list, but you want one specific spell you may ask your DM about his interpretation of the Extra Spell feat. It's only good for one spell though

if you are willing to take a level dip in bard and lose a caster level of sorcerer you could take sublime chord (as you now have the bardic music requirement) and get both the level 4-6 bard spells and the level 4-9 wiz/sorc spells.

Edit: You want the Apprentice Entertainer feat for Perform as a class skill.

These new spells can be common spells chosen from the sorcerer/wizard spell list, or they can be unusual spells that the sorcerer has gained some understanding of by study.

In theory this could get you bard spells, as long as you have DM approval. Or any other spells for that matter.

it would probably require actual amounts of role playing research. not just "i ret-con in that i studied blah"

A Bard2/Ardent+2/Cerebremancer1/Chameleon/1/Cerebremancer+4/MindMage10

Feats: H:Able Learner, Flaw:Versatile Spellcaster, 1:Heighten Spell, 3:Practical Manifester
Also need: Magic Mantle, Psychic Reformation, Psychic Chirurgery

Cast as 10th level chameleon, 16th level Ardent (with 9th level powers due to Practical Manifester and the Ardent's unique power learning). Use floating feat and Psychic Reformation to learn all of the Bard spells, and scribe them into your book. Now the magic mantle means that spells and powers work on both spells and powers identically. So you can use Psychic Chirurgery to implant a spell you know into the mind of someone who is capable of casting spells of that level even if it isn't on their list.

That guy can give your sorcerer anything he wants, for an XP price.
