Quick rules question, don't have my books with me to check.

In 4E can you move through another character's square?

Does the answer depend on whether or not they are friendly, hostile, or neither?

Thanks!

Yes, as long as they are friendly. If they are not friendly, a creature two or more size categories above or below one another may occupy the same square, for movement through squares or even ending movement in those squares (so most PCs can end their turn in or move through a Huge- 3x3- creature's space, while small races like Halflings or Gnomes can do the same with Large- 2x2- creatures). Tiny creatures and swarms can also always move through or occupy the same space (this is most relevant for Pixie PCs, or against swarms).

Note that moving from a square adjacent to an enemy without shifting or teleporting provokes OAs, so moving into a Huge enemy's square would still provoke an opportunity attack, and it's relatively common (though certainly not guaranteed) for creatures of Large size or larger to have Threatening Reach, meaning the same rules apply at a farther distance.

Ok, thank you!
