Half Human Variant

I know i saw ruling for a Half Human variant that lets you pick human as the major half and the other race as the secondary (ie. Half-human orc) but i cant seem to find the rules for it anymore. i thought it was in races of destiny but i cant find it. can anyone help?

I'm pretty sure it's in Races of Destiny's feat section. Possibly on the same page as the Human Heritage feat.

thank you i just found it, page 150 in the feats. i hate looking for those random rule boxes that are scattered around older books.
