Can you imagine my character?

Okay, so first thing I should tell you is that this is a monster campaign
Based on that, here it goes:
My base race is a Maug, which we can easily picture, bu then I was targeted by Incarnate Construct
Still pretty easy to imagine
Now, after that, He had his right arm and leg changed for a Clay Golem's arm and leg
Moreover, he was captured by Mind Flayers who made him a Voidmind Slave, so he has a tentacle going out of his head
And to add the cherry: He had a Fiendish Long Arm and a Maug's Shovening Arm grafts implanted
Oh, and I almost forgot: Black eyes, Emerald Green hair, muscular legs and a slightly above average head size.
Is it ugly enough? Or better, can you guys honestly imagine it?

And he doesn't actually have more than 2 arms/legs
The fiendish graft doesn't really occupies a slot, so it could be a piece of arm in between my normal arm, and the Maug's Shovening arm could be a simple piston in the shoulder of my golems arm
The sole thing that I realized is that I forgot to mention that I have Inhuman reach and deformity tall, so I'm even weirder
But honestly, thanks for the drawing, it's pretty much as I imagined him, I just couldn't put it into paper (:
