FFG WH40k Minutia question

I feel like there was a sourcebook FFG released that had a bunch of inquisitors listed in it, and one of them was this old guy in a wheelchair that was really more of a mini-cathedral than anything else. But I'm looking through my books and I can't seem to find it! Does anyone know which book it is I'm thinking of? :smallfrown:

You may be thinking of the Venerable Cal, a priest in the Red Wake adventure in Ascension. He has an armoured wheelchair with some iconography.

Alternatively I think Tobias Belasco, heretic and eater of his rivals may be in a wheelchair. I think he's in Disciples of the Dark Gods, though I may be mistaken. He's certainly not able to be mistaken for an inquisitor, but there are a few in the same section as him.
