I've been noticing that, if you hover over a topic link, the preview window doesn't process the board formatting, so if you have a spoiler right at the top of the first post, it will show up in the preview. I don't know how important this is (personally, I only really use the preview to confirm if a particlar oddly-titled post is a spambot so I don't waste time loading a potentially interesting sounding thread only to find spam), but thought it was worth mentioning.
