Can someone please explain enchanting weapons?
For example if i wanted to make a +1 flaming chakram of returning would that be 6000 or 18000?

do you pay for the +1, flaming, and returning or just the flaming and returning?

18000gp, plus the cost of a masterwork chakram.

You add up the properties first, then check the price. +1, +1 from returning and +1 from flaming makes it the equivalent of a +3 weapon which costs 18,000gp.
