Turn Attempts Per Day multiclass paladin/cleric

If I am a 4th level paladin, 1st level cleric, do I get 6+ 2x my charisma modifier in turn attempts? Or only 3+my charisma modifier.

you get a total of 3+ cha for your paladin turning and 3+cha for your cleric turning = 6+ 2xcha

i haven't read paladin in a long time. so if it stacks with cleric you use it as a single "pool" of turn attempts. if not you get 3+cha for each class
