Alright so I know monks suck and so forth and so on. But I want to play one. More importantly I like using Combat Maneuvers and I like the idea of throwing my foes around. Now honestly lately I might have gone with Brawler but the tree of feats I want to use seem to do better with Monk (Maneuver Master/Qinggong) (Maybe add Four Winds for Slow Time at level 12)

Now I would like to be able to throw a foe and then deliver a blow while their down.

Forget Ability Scores they will not be a problem.
Human Race
We allow Flaws from 3.5 so I can manage 1 or 2 feats as a bonus (2 flaws = 1 feat)

Help me build this guy to be the best maneuver user around.

Now I would like to be able to throw a foe and then deliver a blow while their down.

Greater Trip (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/greater-trip-combat---final), when you succeed on a Trip, that opponent provokes an AoO from you.

Vicious Stomp (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/vicious-stomp-combat), when an opponent falls Prone next to you (from a Trip maneuver maybe?), they provoke an AoO from you (must be an Unarmed Strike).

I'd start with that.

Hmm Combined with Enhanced Ki Throw I think that makes them prone as it does say they are thrown to the ground.
So thats two unarmed strike attacks back to back. Wicked.

You don't need enhanced ki throw to make it work - someone who is tripped is knocked prone. In fact, there's a FAQ (http://paizo.com/paizo/blog/v5748dyo5ldw0?The-FAQ-That-Time-Forgot) that addresses this.

Anyway, Maneuver Master/Qinggong is a very solid combo. The best way to play it is probably as a grappler - per RAW, you can flurry your grapple checks, which means you can initiate a grapple (and do damage during one) better than anybody else. The Greater Trip/Vicious Stomp stuff is certainly fun too, though - and the way Maneuver Master's bonus feats work, you can do that and grapple. Trip the fighters, grapple the casters, make everybody sad.

Other than that, don't forget Pummeling Style and Improved Critical: Unarmed Strike, which make your damage potential on full attacks utterly disgusting.

Always have a caster that can make scrolls of Greater Magic Fang, it helps tremendously in the later stages of the game. Even better if you can have a wizard make them permanent.
